Exchange & Refund
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy.
Upon receipt of your order and found it defective, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days from the date of receipt for the exchange. The delivery cost of returning and exchanged item(s) will be borne by the customer.

After the 10-day period, you will no longer be eligible for exchange or refund. We advise our customers to check the product right after receive it.
If you have intention to cancel your order within the same day, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com with the reason of the cancellation, as we will process your order within 24 hours (within working days) upon receiving. It is the fastest way to request cancellation and refund. The delivery cost and any applicable tax are not refundable.
The customer has to provide their bank account details for the refund purposes.
