It was on a Qantas flight from Melbourne to Kuala Lumpur that changed his life.
Richard walked away at the pinnacle of his successful CEO career to found TEC/Vistage in 1994 to pursue a mission — to help CEOs become better leaders. He led 70 Chairs to coach and mentor more than 1,400 Vistage members witnessing a powerful truth time and again: when a leader grows, everything around them multiplies too.
The Multiplier Effect shares the lessons Richard learned from fifty years of leadership, from building award-winning companies and learning from global thought leaders to helping business owners navigate their toughest decisions.
Filled with real stories, practical frameworks and hard-earned wisdom, this book is an invitation to every leader who wants to create a greater impact — not only in business, but in the lives of the people they lead.
Because when one leader transforms, the effect multiplies far beyond the individual.
